About crib safety...Crib gyms, exercisers, kickers, and similar toys pose a risk of strangulation when children are just starting to push up on hands and knees (usually about 5 months). The purist approach to crib safety is nothing but baby and blanket. Position crib away from wiondws, wall hangings, and mobiles. Cornerposts of cribs should extend no more tha 1/16 inch above end panel. |
